Many young strength training enthusiasts struggle to stay motivated and make consistent progress in their fitness journey.
Without access to affordable training and personalized guidance, they’re left piecing together random workouts from the internet. The grind quickly becomes frustrating, and without tailored support or an accountability partner, it’s easy to lose momentum and fall off track.

How Might We

Research and discovery
Understand
To better understand the challenges faced by Gen Z strength trainers, I conducted in-depth interviews with three users and distributed surveys to a broader audience.
While preliminary research highlighted general frustrations around fitness progress, these conversations revealed more nuanced insights into their struggles with consistency, access to guidance, and community support. Gathering these personal stories was crucial to identifying key areas where PowerFlex could deliver meaningful value and help users overcome their fitness roadblocks.
